Our Support staff

In additional to our core team, we work with a number of associates who support us on a flexible basis. These experienced professionals bring valuable skills and expertise to specific projects or busy periods, helping us deliver high-quality service all year round.

Njide Ezechi - Facilitator

A daughter of Nigerian parents, Njide was born in England and educated both in Nigeria and the UK. Njide is a self motivated tri-lingual individual who is passionate about encouraging and inspiring others. 

Njide has worked in the private sector in Nigeria and in London. She has also had various roles in both Further and Higher education, gaining wide experience as tutor, lecturer and education manager. Njide is currently working part time in a high school as Intercultural Engagement lead. 

Njide shares the various forms of racism she’s experienced to educate others. She is a passionate and articulate speaker who is able to express ideas persuasively


Gethyn Hill - Facilitator

Born in Pontypool and a former under 19’s Welsh International, Gethyn is a professional footballer and a business entrepreneur with a background in Sales and Marketing. He facilitates workshops sharing his own experiences of racism and is able to deliver through the medium of Welsh.


Mariam Bahrainwala - Digital Marketing & Research

An aspiring psychologist who believes in equality and equity for all. Mariam is a former youth worker who supports our online delivery. She has faced many challenges and shares these experiences to support the learning around anti-racism.
